Victory Mosaic Tile is tested in connection length, particle size, line, peripheral distance, appearance quality, color difference, adhesion firmness between mosaic particles and paving screen, off screen time, thermal stability, chemical stability, etc. We conduct quality inspection according to the national standard GB / T 7697-1996.
1. Appearance inspection
If the mosaic line after paving is basically uniform and consistent within the visual distance, it can meet the size and tolerance of the standard specification. If the line is obviously uneven, it shall be reprocessed. Use vernier caliper to detect the particle size, and re produce if it does not meet the requirements. In addition, it can be judged from the sound. Knock the product with an iron rod. If the sound is clear, there is no defect. If the sound is turbid, dull, rough and harsh, it is an unqualified product.
The adhesive used shall not only ensure the bonding strength, but also be easy to wipe off the surface of glass mosaic. The mosaic surface shall be free of dirt and dust. The adhesive used shall not damage the back net or discolor the glass mosaic.
2. Particle defect and color difference inspection
Under natural light, visually check whether there are cracks, defects, missing edges, jumping angles, etc. 0.5m away from the mosaic.
Nine glass mosaics were randomly selected from 6 boxes to form a square, placed flat in a place with sufficient light, and visually check whether the luster is uniform and whether there is color difference at a distance of 1.5m from it.
3. Firmness test
Hold the two corners of one side of the mosaic with both hands to make the product stand upright, then lay it flat, repeat it three times, and it is qualified if no particles fall. Take the whole piece of mosaic, curl it, then flatten it, repeat it for three times, and take it as the qualified product with no particles.
4. Check dehydration
Paper mosaic is required, and mesh mosaic is not required. Lay the paper mosaic flat, lay the paper upward, soak it with water and place it for 40 minutes, pinch one corner of the paper and remove the paper. If it can be removed, it meets the standard requirements.
5. Packaging inspection contents
1) Each box of glass mosaic needs white cartons or customer cartons according to customer requirements, with trademarks and manufacturer’s name on the surface (optional).
2) The side of the packing box shall be labeled, including product name, factory name, registered trademark, production date, color number, specification, quantity and weight (gross weight, net weight), bar code, etc., and shall be printed with signs such as moisture-proof, fragile, stacking direction, etc. (optional)
3) The glass mosaic shall be packed in cartons lined with moisture-proof paper, and the products shall be placed tightly and orderly.
4) Each box of products needs to be attached with an inspection certificate. (optional)
